My experience was NOT at all what I expected. Wait time less than 20 min . Dr Valentin was very precessional, extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain things in a way that was easily understandable. He gave me eye contact and listened to my concerns. He spoke to me not at me which showed he really cares about what he does .
Lack of consideration I scheduled an appointment in September of 2021, was given an appointment in December 2021, the day before my appointment, received a letter that my appointment was rescheduled for June 2022! No explanation given, tried to get an earlier appointment and am given the runaround. All this mysteriously happened since I switched from private insurance to the Veteran’s Administration. Almost 9 months wasted waiting!
