My wife and I have bought a few cars together, the latest being her Jetta, so when my Kia decided to break and start spewing oil all over the place, we brought it down and Brian and Matt took great care of us. They gave us MORE than a fair price for the Kia and then put us in a beautiful, reliable Tiguan for a lower payment than we were making on our Kia. And they pulled us out of about 3K dollars of being upside down. Awesome dealership and great staff. Truly the best buying experience I've ever had.

I want to preface this review by stating I am fresh out of college and have limited credit history. I came to this store based on good reviews from friends and family to buy my first brand new car. This Dealership is absolutely amazing. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and super sweet. The sales staff is phenomenal with this understanding of the cars and being able to explain it to a girl who really knows nothing about cars. I recently had my 40k service done at this dealer and I can't be more impressed with the way they handled my vehicle from the minute it came in until it was ready to pick up. They have a video of all the work needed on my car which gave me a clear visual of what is needed which is helpful and transparent. They even gave me a car wash slip and vacuumed the car which is a nice touch. Very clean facility and helpful staff. We have been taking our VW's to these guys for years but wanted to share a recent experience. Our Passat was having trouble accelerating and the check engine light had come on while on my way to work in Hartford. I called the dealership very nervous that I would not be able to make it to work. The service person (Sean) told me to bring the car right over. I had a CEL for a few weeks and brought my CC to an independent shop for diagnosis and they charged me hundreds to "fix" the problem with my intake manifold and ultimately the CEL came back. Then i decided to come to the dealership and they got me in that day, told me the problem was still under warranty at 90,000 miles and they were able to get my new intake manifold installed that day for me. Really impressed with how much easier it was to deal with them than other shops I've been to, I will no doubt continue coming here.

Horrible... steer clear! Two terrible experiences: First a year ago bought tires (through them) and had them mounted. They marked up my rims, and left compound and grease all over, including on my side fairings and interior of the car! Their excuse "we're not a tire shop". Then don't sell and mount tires!!! and advertise a special for it!! Second: got detailed quote for oil change, spark plugs, and O2 sensor, was told it would be about $575.
