While visiting from Maryland, our Subaru Outback began having trouble with the trunk door. The beeping and improper closing was extremely worrying as we had a long drive home in a few days time. I came here for 2nd opinion, and 3rd service request for a front end noise. Stateline Subaru could not diagnose the issue either visit. They told SOA there is no fix for my vehicle as they did not know what was wrong. Craig at Valenti test drove the car with me, and knew what the cause was. He even test drove another model to check. He was very polite, professional, and explained everything in detail. Thank you so much! You have a new customer! A++
