My floors are now squeaky and the tongue and groove seams are coming apart. I don't what they did but my floors are damaged. In fact some of the knots are lifting up. When I got in touch with Julia she basically told me to go to hell because I gave a review that their customer service was terrible.
Come prepared and treat the customer like they matter to them.

Regrettably I cannot recommend. We did multiple jobs at the same time and our concerns were not addressed. Their customer service and customer relations is lacking. I can show pictures.
