This was our fourth visit and once again walked away saying ...that was worth every penny and can't wait to return. Wonderful to see a chef whose passion and joy comes from cooking the food from his culture and seeing the joy in his customers. Service was exemplary and the food spectacular. duck with fresh humboldt porcini fettuccine was five star and the topper was hazelnut semifreddo. I can't believe I haven't been here before. I was completely disarmed by Maria upon arrival. She greeted us so warmly, I thought perhaps we had met before and she remembered me but I had forgotten. Turns out the abundant welcome is her M.O. It was my birthday and she sat my husband and me in front of the open kitchen so we could watch her husband as he created his art.
