When we moved into our new home in Maple Valley the back patio had a down slope of lawn leading out into the yard that was very steep and hard to mow. I had Valencia's Landscaping owner come by and look at my plans for a two-tier, with steps down to a large fire-pit. He gave a fair price and timeline so we moved forward. I am the owner of Seattle Hydroseeding and have done several jobs with Valencia's Landscaping. The lawn prep that they do is some of the best that I have seen and I have seen a lot. Eferen Valencia is very professional and pays attention to detail. I would highly recommend them for lawn prep or any landscaping job.
