When we moved into our new home in Maple Valley the back patio had a down slope of lawn leading out into the yard that was very steep and hard to mow. I had Valencia's Landscaping owner come by and look at my plans for a two-tier, with steps down to a large fire-pit. He gave a fair price and timeline so we moved forward.
