The eye exam itself was good and Dr. Wong was professional. Unfortunately the administrative side was disappointing. After my visit, the office submitted two insurance claims, one for the eye exam which I did receive and another for a contact lens purchase that I did not make. This incorrectly used my annual contact lens benefit. When I called to have it corrected, the initial response did not take accountability and suggested the issue did not exist.
