It was good. Service and Eye exam. I would recommend it.
The office was running very behind with no communication regarding how much longer the wait would be. The pre exam was timely, however I did not see the doctor until an hour after my appointment time. The doctor was very knowledgeable and gave a good exam. I do not mind waiting, I just would like to be acknowledged or told the Dr. Is running behind. Additionally, this Lens Crafters no longer offers same day glasses, and this information is not told to patients or guests looking at glasses until they are ready to pay. I do no... read more
