I recently hired Valencia Remodeling and Construction for a remodel of my rental property, and I couldn't be more pleased with the results. They handled everything from drywall repairs and interior/exterior painting to replacing the flooring and installing beautiful granite countertops. The company sensed the need of the customer and tried to satisfy. In addition, the company communicated well with the customer with regard to time approximations. Edward and his team did a fantastic job of renovating our bathroom. He communicated really well throughout the whole process and made sure we were happy with how everything was going. The timeline and costs were in line or better than other quotes we received.
