This company rented me an apartment as is, no paint on the walls, things falling apart, minimum upgrades. I lived there for 5 years and when I moved out they tried charging me for all the repairs that should’ve been done before I moved in. They claimed I left trash behind and the apartment was EMPTY when I left claimed I broke closest doors, when the closets were NEVER FIXED! Poor management — terrible company
I would never recommend anyone to rent from this management company. They don't have a problem taking your money,but they don't want to fix anything. When you move out there is no point to clean and make the place look nice cause you WON'T get your security deposit back cause they charge the tenants to have the entire place painted even when there is NO DAMAGES and the tub was painted prior to move in so when we moved out we charged to have the tub resurfaced (painted). Then they sent me a bill for 500.00 to pay.
We waiting for Valencia property Management they're out of Tampa we lived in Holiday Florida we had two hurricanes when we moved in the tub was resurfaced after the hurricanes the woodwork was soaked because we flooded inside the house in return they kept our deposit and charged us $500 more for the damage to the woodwork and resurfacing of the tub that was already be surfaced if you're smart you will not rent from these people they have a 3.2 star rating
