I rented from them for a year and it was bad. The property needed repairs before I rented it which I assumed would be done before move in. When they weren’t I started putting work orders in for broken shelves, broken screens, no hot water, glass all over the property. The. I wouldn’t trust this company to mange my Shed !!! Poor communication, very inconsiderate and unprofessional! Me and my kids were stuck in a moldy rat infested apartment for MONTHS!!! only to be forced to stay into my lease. After playing my cards well and letting potential buyers know about all the issues I was finally able to get out of my lease.
