DO NOT RECOMMEND. They charged us over $1500 On move out. ($2600 deposit in total we paid to move in ). To fix things that we weren’t responsible for (I have time and date stamped photo proof of the window being broken on our move in date that they were supposed to fix but never did ) but they still proceeded to charge us $200 to fix it. The stove is unusable it’ll smoke if you try to cook in it it’s so old. This company rented me an apartment as is, no paint on the walls, things falling apart, minimum upgrades. I lived there for 5 years and when I moved out they tried charging me for all the repairs that should’ve been done before I moved in. They claimed I left trash behind and the apartment was EMPTY when I left claimed I broke closest doors, when the closets were NEVER FIXED! Poor management — terrible company
I would never recommend anyone to rent from this management company. They don't have a problem taking your money,but they don't want to fix anything. When you move out there is no point to clean and make the place look nice cause you WON'T get your security deposit back cause they charge the tenants to have the entire place painted even when there is NO DAMAGES and the tub was painted prior to move in so when we moved out we charged to have the tub resurfaced (painted). Then they sent me a bill for 500.00 to pay.
