I was searching online for a doctor that specializes in custom orthotics and this company seems to have the most experience in Santa Clarita. I called them twice and they have an answering service that takes down the message and the firm never calls me back. I am very disappointed. If they have 35 years experience you would think they would understand proper customer service but unfortunately not. I had to go back online and search for someone else that welcomes new business.

I went see Dr. Pagliano for the first time yesterday and I must say his service as well as his staff are excellent! I will definitely recommend Dr. Pagliano. He is knowledgeable, easy going, detail-oriented and took the time to explain and discuss the treatment with me. He also told me the price range of the prescription that I was given so I wouldn't get over-charged. No doctor had never told me that before! His staff are equally great, friendly and courteous. I went in for a new foot brace, my old one was getting tired. The doctor had a brace made , and when I came back for the fitting it was not at all going to help my drop foot. I showed how my old brace was at a angle and the new was not. The rub was when he said he was going to return it to the manufactur to correct it, it came back exactly the same. They dont know what they are doing .
