Changed my review from 5 stars to 1 because things drastically changed. I was a patient of Dr. Valencia for about 9 months, everything started off amazing, and she was able to help manage a lot of my symptoms. However, the office began canceling my appointments because she was having some health issues, which is understandable. But, there was no plan for her patients for continued care while she was out of the office; I missed several treatments and could not get my prescriptions refilled, which set me back a lot. Anyone know what’s going on with this office? She’s an excellent neurologist but I have not been able to reach anyone there for over three weeks. I know she went out on medical leave. Anyone know if she’s coming back or this is closed for good??
I have been a patient of Dr. Arlyn Valencia for almost a decade now . I’ve seen some neurologists in town, but she is the only one who identified the treatments I need for migraine , neuropathy cervical issues and fibromyalgia.
