Valencia House is dirty filthy and has roach problems. The maintenance in the building is never done completely The apartments work are half done. There is mold and mildew. This building is not a smoke free building as it represents on the sign outside the lobby entrance door. People do smoke in their apartments. The laundry room is always dirty floors.
