This is an excellent apartment complex! We received a furnished apartment with new appliances. Now with any new apartment that has been newly furnished there are going to be some kinks. However, the staff is very understanding and they listen to all of my needs. So far they have fixed or promised to fixed all of our issues. I am keeping faith in Valencia Hill Apartments. I am beyond pissed off! Most people know that we have had so many problems when we moved into our apartment complex. We had our floors soaked the day we moved in because of the rain, had someone come out and soak up the water and dry it out, we had been sleeping in the living room for 2 weeks when we first moved in because we couldn't put our furniture in our bedrooms yet.
