I applied for apartment was denied that ok but it's been over 45 plus days and haven't gotten my deposit return. I call and also with the promise I will hear within the next day but yet again I had to drive there again to say they will reach out.
These apartments are good but when it comes to anything being fixed that's where the issues lie I am now going on 4 years with a shoddy AC unit, a leak has been confirmed but has yet to be fixed the ******* are brutal! Vynil flooring is peeling up and dented and also has yet to be fixed, and I noticed the paint in one bedroom is deteriorating
