I had my mother there she is 91 and needed physical therapy they were awesome staff they helped her get back in her feet also Rafaela Aguilar CNA was great she really has a caring loving touch and care exceptionally for mom she made sure mom was comfortable and addressed all concerns for mom for a faster recovery I can’t say Thank You enough for HER !!!!!! This is a difficult subject for me. My brother was recently placed in the care here and this is also the place where my mom passed away. I decided to have a positive outlook on it. The staff here is amazing and kind. They treated my mom very well and my brother is doing good and seems happy there. Thank you to the staff you all do make a difference in the lives of the loved ones that come to visit. You are appreciated and I thank you for taking such good care of my brother and the care and kindness you gave my mom.
I have been here nearly 6 weeks for total hip replacement. I can not say enough about this facility. The nursing care was exceptional, they took care of all my needs, physical therapy was superb, I came here unable to walk or dress myself. In a week, I WILL walk out of here by myself without assistance. The front office staff was fantastic, they dealt with my insurance company and got additional days here that I felt was beneficial to me and provided my transportation to my follow up Dr's appointments.
