DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE! I rented a pickup truck for 24 hrs at $19 for 24 hrs plus 0.89c a mile. Well, guess what. I followed every instruction and returned the truck perfectly clean and exactly as it was rented. Sunday morning I get hit for an additional $50 charge "cleaning fee." I know it is standard for a business these days to just steal as much as they can get away from, but not this time. Wrong guy to steal from. Filing a lawsuit in Pima County Court tomorrow morning. Chris T. literally saved our trip. My brother and I were visiting from out of town to take care of our deceased mother’s belonging and move them up to WA. Valencia Storage is where we picked up our Uhaul. Not only did Chris make the rental experience great, he helped us find folks to help us donate or dump the stuff we didn’t need. And we weren’t even renting a unit at his place! Would 100% do business here again.
