I hate to leave a poor review as the front desk and staff are very nice. However, my dental experience here was a bit of a nightmare. I gave them the benefit of the doubt many times and ultimately decided to not come back here again. I came in for a routine cleaning and it was the most painful cleaning I’ve ever had. Two stars because they were a dentist, just not a very good one. I’ve also give this feedback directly but never got a response. There were two significant issues with my visit: 1) I specifically chose Valencia Dental because I have anxiety around dental visits. They have a whole page on your website dedicated to this. I flagged this on the intake form and in person. Their special anti anxiety care was ultimately… a red stress ball. Everybody is very friendly, they try the best to help you, and answer any questions or concerns you have. I would definitely recommend this place.
