Front desk is incompetent. Starting to think they really screwed up my teeth in the long run. Should've gotten a second opinion before trusting this place.
Super disappointed! ☹️ the dentist was great, but the dental assistant was super rough, almost choked me with the suction tool, and practically stabbed me in the gums with her dentist tools! Also I guess they don’t use lidocaine for teeth cleanings? I literally have whiplash from my experience. The office appeal was nice though.
Dentist is great, office aesthetic is 9/10, but the dental assistant is pretty rough. I considered bringing my kids here but don’t think it’s a good fit for kids.
