I hate to leave a poor review as the front desk and staff very nice. However, my dental experience here was a bit of a nightmare. I gave them the benefit of the doubt many times and ultimately decided to not come back here again. I came in for a routine cleaning and it was the most painful cleaning I’ve ever had. Blocked from Zocdoc - the clinic doesn’t stay honest. Booked an appointment through Zocdoc and was never honored. Zocdoc keeps sending reminders as well as called to confirm. The clinic says they’ve not “integrated well” with Zocdoc. Well, if you can see the appointment but wouldn’t care to call/confirm or cancel on Zocdoc, I’ve to assume it’s the clinic at fault. Everyone here is super smart and friendly. Really good dental conversations, including additional tangentially related mental health problems that can cause teeth grinding. Would definitely recommend!

Honestly just not great all around, and I really tried and gave so many chances because they are all super sweet, but kind of just a bad experience in every way. 1) Most painful cleaning of my life (and I've had a lot of dental procedures, orthodontics, etc).
