May helped me see where I was missing bacteria in my brushing by painting my teeth with a material that turned bacteria blue, carefully explained why I was missing these regions, gave me a new brush, and taught me how to use it. As a teacher myself, I appreciated being given skills that will help me keep my teeth and gums healthier and whiter.
This is the best dental center in SF! I have been coming to Valencia Dental Center for all my dental services for almost 4 years now. Between the regular maintenance work and numerous major procedures such as crowns and implants, I have had them done with Dr. Bal and am very happy with her work! Her hygienist Mei is also excellent, she did a very thorough job of cleaning my teeth twice a year to keep them cavities free! Thank you Dr. Bal and her team for their professionalism and excellent work!
The front desk staff was very friendly and efficient. The xray tech was also friendly and extremely efficient. Dr. Lee was very nice and engaged. She answered all my questions. She cleaned my teeth like a boss!
