This place has bed bugs. i moved out early because of it and they wouldn't let me out of my lease so I had to pay double rent for a few months. Horrible, horrible apartments. DO NOT MOVE HERE.
I lived there when it was called Orange grove they sucked at fixing things and it took them forever just to do it they where non expensive then this was in 2010 the apartments are really small especially since they jacked the prices up for painting and putting a gate around it the prices now are ridiculous a one bedroom was 490 $ when I lived there just too expensive now for how small the apartments are and nothing in the apts are up to date like appliances ect....
Moved in during Aug 2014, Nov 1st was a Saturday, forgot to pay rent, they were closed on Sunday, we were at the Doctors Office all day Monday, went in today to pay and they tacked on a $76.31 late fee!!! We've never been late before A LITTLE EXTREME ON THEIR PART We've lost 4 neighbors in the last few months for the same thing. DON'T MOVE IN HERE, their late payment policy sucks. If I could post this without a rating, I would, forced to rate them at level 1.
