They don't do their own work and wont stand behind the work they have other companies do. They hire out your counter tops to the cheapest bidder. Better off going somewhere that actually does the work. Do not recommend
Valencia Countertops is a professional organization with outstanding service and choice of product. My personal experience with them was outstanding. They were responsive, clear and dedicated to making sure the job was done correctly. Kudos to Jenna who was a delight to work with. If you are looking to update your countertops, buy new or just want to take a look at what is available, this is the place for you! I could not be more satisfied with my experience.
Start to finish, FIVE STAR all the way! Jenna and Trevor always provided guidance and assistance in a timely manner. We had Valencia replace our countertop and backsplash as part of a larger kitchen update. Trevor did a great job with the initial consultation all the way through the final steps. The installers did a perfect job with the install and their input was appreciated. I cannot recommend enough.
