It's a GL community and the surprises abound during and after the transition. Disappointed in the commitments made by GL with vendors like Comcast that leave those in the community "Holding The Bag". If you want a home where your AC doesn’t function properly then buy with GL. You won’t be able to go to your neighbors and cool off either because they have the same issues and GL warranty refuses to fix it.
