My house is 2 years old and has numerous problems. Elliott hired very low labors to do journeyman work like roof tiles, plumbing, electrical, sewer, stucco, finishing. Elliott trades who have a responsible to correct these problems were incompetent. They took so long to schedule and the low skill level took them pass the 1 year warranty. Once your 1 year is up due to their incompetence Elliott tells you have to pay out of pocket.
Beautiful community and quality homes in which the builder stands by their product.
Update: well, since we cannot wait 10+ months for a new build, we were able to find a resale home (less than 5 yrs old) in tip-top, immaculately kept, move-in condition (better than new, since the backyard is in, and window treatments are in, etc.) for less than the base-price of a new home. Thank you, God!! We are closing on this purchase in less than a month from today! 😊💕 --- Friendly staff. Limited quick-move-in inventory. Takes 10+ month to build..... Sigh!
