Excelente atención. Fuimos a ver un apartamento y la señorita Karen es muy atenta y muy amable. Nos sorprendimos con el interior, el granito de la cocina esta hermoso y con espacios muy amplios. Los precios muy bien.

Not a place to call home At first everything seemed perfect, they seemed very professional. Then you got to know how management really took care of things. You complain about an issue they act like they care and will take care of it asap, then days pass and you come to find out nothing was ever done about the issue, they even forgot to put in the work order. Great! Best Management and Maintenance service in Harlingen by far.
Management is outstanding with their service. The maintenance crew is very fast at acting towards any issues.
Moved in on April 28, 2016 Since moving in my a/c has gone out twice and the property manager has gotten it fixed in a timely manner. As soon as I have a problem, he gets it fixed usually within 3-4 days sometimes the same day if possible. I was accepted here after making my application when no other complex would accept me. I have two kids aged 3 & 6 and my 15 yr old sister who I also take care of and because of that no other complex would allow me in to a two bd apt. Nice Super nice apartments and very affordable! Management is always available and always helpful from getting us moved in to getting all our maintenance issues done fast! I love the living space for my family and I!
