Horrible place to live! I have lived here since 2012 and They send offer letters for a renewal with one price then when you go to sign the lease the agreed on amount is higher and they tell you that it is just what it is. Not how a long term tenant should be treated. If you want to feel safe where you live this is NOT the place. The community has gone down hill in the last couple of years with drug dealers moving in. Extremely rude management, pretty much all the resident can attest to that. Pool is closed all year long. Office didn't have internet or working printers. High rent for old apartments infested with cockroaches. Definitely NOT worth renting here. Simpson management was great but ever since Paskin took over, it is all downhill
Great place and great management
I've lived at this complex since Sept. 2014 and it has been a terrible experience. Do not sign a lease here. They've shut the water off multiple times without warning. Our new apartment in Dallas will not be ready until next month and they have the audacity to charge us an extra $400 for 1 extra months rent after our lease is over. In this additional month the water was shut off again. What am I paying for?
