Ivan was truly impressive in the training session. He’s incredibly intelligent, and what stood out most was his ability to take something as complex as Xactimate and break it down so simply. His explanations had that perfect clarity, almost as if he had a complete mastery of every aspect. It felt like he knew it inside out, and his charisma made learning from him enjoyable. Honestly, he made it easy to grasp.
Loretta Swan was our class trainer, and I truly enjoyed the experience. The training was engaging, informative, and very well organized.
