I had class with Loretta Swan the first week of my training. She was great and made the course very interactive. I also took a two-week course with Ivan Campos and he was outstanding as well. He broke everything down and was great with sharing his personal experiences. Both were great teachers and I learned a lot.
I recently completed an Xactimate estimate training class, and it exceeded my expectations on every level. The course was extremely well-structured, breaking down complex estimating concepts into practical, easy-to-understand steps that I could immediately apply in the field. Ivan was truly impressive in the training session. He’s incredibly intelligent, and what stood out most was his ability to take something as complex as Xactimate and break it down so simply. His explanations had that perfect clarity, almost as if he had a complete mastery of every aspect. It felt like he knew it inside out, and his charisma made learning from him enjoyable. Honestly, he made it easy to grasp.
Loretta Swan was our class trainer, and I truly enjoyed the experience. The training was engaging, informative, and very well organized. I especially appreciated how thorough she was when explaining the policy details. Loretta consistently checked in to see if we had questions, and when we did, she took the time to go over the information again until we fully understood the coverage.
