Had the greatest pleasure working with Ava. Eva and the team at Vale are simply amazing! I had gone down many rabbit holes in my quest for a custom ringmaker that wouldn't take advantage of my status as a rube. I had spent almost 2 years asking everyone where they got their rings. I truly cannot say enough positive things about Vale Jewelry. I worked with Eva, and WOW her customer service is so spectacular that it will make you want to never buy jewelry elsewhere again. Eva spent extra time going above and beyond to make sure we were given the best care. The wedding ring and band that we received is literally the most perfect set my husband and I have ever seen.
