I fell in love with a Vale engagement ring I found back in 2019, and got the privilege of going to the showroom and getting engaged with that ring in 2020! Ava and Eva are so incredibly wonderful and so talented. 10000/10 would recommend! Jump to 5 years later, I found a need to reset my engagement ring to better support my lifestyle, and again, Ava was able to help design the new setting I had been dreaming about. Ava and team Vale epitomize excellence. Not only are their creations beautiful & made to last but they go the extra mile to make sure the customer experience is first class. They’ve created several custom pieces for me over the years, providing clear & speedy communication & order processing at each step of the way (even on weekends!) And the quality is top notch - each piece looks & functions perfectly after years of daily wear (I only take them off for cleanings!)
