Ava and team Vale epitomize excellence. Not only are their creations beautiful & made to last but they go the extra mile to make sure the customer experience is first class. They’ve created several custom pieces for me over the years, providing clear & speedy communication & order processing at each step of the way (even on weekends!) And the quality is top notch - each piece looks & functions perfectly after years of daily wear (I only take them off for cleanings!)
