i absolutely love this office and the hospitality that is given every visit . very professional yet personable .
Dr Hervey is the best! Not only is she extremely knowledgeable, she has incredible bedside manner and makes me feel comfortable during treatments and appointments. She always explains everything and goes over all options before proceeding to make sure I am completely educated and comfortable. 10/10 absolutely recommend her and the rest of the Vale team!
My visits started off fine . However the dr didn't follow thru on what we had discussed.I was very upset.I will not be returning there.I have a new dr now and much happier.i
I had such a great experience with Dr.Hervey . From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming and professional. Dr. Hervey took the time to really listen to my concerns, explained everything clearly, and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire visit. The treatment plan was thorough, and I could tell they genuinely cared about my recovery. I’ve noticed a huge improvement and couldn’t be happier with the care I received.
