I love the staff at VOA. They're friendly and very in formative. If one doesn't have an answer, you don't leave until they have gotten you an answer. Dr Goss assistances are very professional they greet you with a smile coming and going. But his office secretary hmmmmm, she definitely needs a reality check. But overall, I wouldn't want to bee seen by anyone else. VOA are the real MPV's
The staff was wonderful. The PA I met with was amazing, he took time to listen to me and understand my pain. He explained what is wrong with my knee completely. I feel so much better knowing they will taking care of my knee.
The atmosphere is very pleasant. The staff is very nice. I look forward going back hope my boot can come off.
Every visit here has been wonderful. From the staff to Dr S. The staff is very pleasant and knowledgeable and you get brought in and out in a timely manner. I'd highly recommend this business to anyone.
been a patient there since the early 2000's and Dr Kendrick has done my knee both time, this last one being a total.. he and his staff are awesome! !
