We traded one of the cars in after letting them talk us into it then spending 2 full days there for them to get it figured out for us. Weeks after contract was signed they called asking for more money because the payoff is wrong, but call the cars finance company and they haven't had any kind of contact from Nissan regarding said car. Now cant get the GM to answer his phone! First problem with tko, but its a huge problem!!!!! My husband took me to get a car, but we ended up both getting cars! 10 out of 10 I recommend! First time for service. I had an appointment but still took over 2 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. Also had recall to reprogram infotainment system. Get the feeling they need more service techs. All in all satisfied but will see on next scheduled maintenance visit.
