The lady who answered the phone around 11:30 talked to me like I was mentally incompetent, she kept pausing her speech and talking really slow to me like I'm just so below her. Girl get over yourself , that nasty attitude will get you no where in life!
They don't allow you to go back with your children. Don't ever allow a dentist or doctor to get away with this, as children can not advocate for themselves. Travel outside of Valdosta to find another medicaid provider. Do whatever you can to stay away from places like this!
Didn't like it at all yesterday the doctor that pulled my teeth was very rude just because I asked can I use the bathroom real quick but the rest of the doctors was sweet
The lady at the front desk always has an nasty attitude not only with me but with all the patients. It’s no one’s fault that she hates her job .i asked her for a excuse for my niece and she just sighed and proceeded to be rude rolling her eyes .i wonder it’s there somebody that i can talk to about her because it’s unacceptable some people come in this office sometimes with a lot of pain and still have to deal with her !
