I cannot think of a worse experience with a contractor. I'd give them zero stars if that were an option. I needed a toilet and vanity re-connected after a new floor was installed. I stopped at their office and let them know I wanted to create a client record and set an appointment. They told me they do estimates first and then get a deposit. I was completely fine with that and on that Wednesday we scheduled for an estimate on Friday. On Friday morning, I called to confirm my appointment but they didn't have it on the schedul... read more
