I cannot think of a worse experience with a contractor. I'd give them zero stars if that were an option. I needed a toilet and vanity re-connected after a new floor was installed. I stopped at their office and let them know I wanted to create a client record and set an appointment. They told me they do estimates first and then get a deposit.
