Got a new battery here a while back, it died after a year, went to another place and was told that they had put the wrong battery in the watch, hence why it died so fast.

This place is a fraud. I went in just to have a battery changed on a Watch and the Watch still didn’t work. When I returned it back to the jeweler, she took a hammer to open up the back of the Watch, and said that that was not the batteries that they use there. Which was a complete lie because that same woman was being yelled at by a different customer that same day over the same thing. Horrible customer service and no accountability at all

If I could leave no stars I would. The lady that works here is rude and doesn't know how to fix watches. They just love to charge and charge. Today I went after she so called fixed a watch for me not even two weeks and it fell apart just from putting it on this morning. I took the watch with the proof that she had just fixed it again less than two weeks ago and she tells me to take it somewhere else to fix and to leave.
