IMPORTANT UPDATE: Change of rating from do-not-use 1-star to USE 5-star review. I WOULD RECOMMEND this Company for HAVC maintenance and repairs. Turns out there was a major breakdown in communication back in April. The "Breakdown" is no longer a part of this company (good news #1). The tech came out the same day I called. Identified the problem. Bad Condenser Motor. Had to get it from their supplier, but was here the very next day. Carlos the owner came with another tech. Very personable, and fixed it right up. My house has been 90 degrees.. which is horrible!! It’s 77 again. Thank you Carlos, your techs, and Pamela in the office for your prompt response and for fixing the problem!
DO NOT USE VALDEZ! I would NEVER recommend this company. They do not take responsibility for the issues they cause. I had heat until Valdez repaired my A/C system - now I have no reliable heat source in my house. Valdez was subcontracted in April 2022 when we had a freak heatwave hit during early spring. I had been using my barely 2-year new heating system all winter without any issues and then the weather suddenly turned to 90+ degrees. Great company! I’ve used them for 1+ year now and have had no problems. Best prices you can find around this area. Pamela is always super friendly and always willingly to help! Highly recommend!
