Chris came to our door not long after a big storm and helped us start the process for a new metal roof. Chris stayed with us the whole way, answering our questions, helping with permits, checking in often, and clearly explaining each step of the roofing project. We had a roof leak and went through insurance, but they only covered part of the roofing work. We got an estimate and had to put the repair on hold for a while when another emergency came up. Once we were ready, Chris helped us move forward and even tracked down a great match for our shingles after a long search. We called Valdez Family Roofing & Remodeling about our 33 year old tile roof because it had worn areas and a few leaks. After the inspection, axel explained a few clear options in simple terms. One choice was to repair only the damaged spots and add a 5 year warranty on that work, but it was obvious the roof had more issues than we first thought.
