I am not sure how the Doctor is but the front receptionist, on the glasses side, has an attitude. Shes great with she with staff but not so kind to her customers. We just got my daughter's glasses here. Came in three times and was nothing but kind to her and everytime she was snappy and salty. One time we came in and she was fighting with someone over the phone. It’s too bad I’d rather give the business to a local small business then a big chain store.
