RecommendedYes I have been coming here for years but this time we have to wait outside in our cars till we are called.. it’s 90+ degrees. You can’t even leave a dog in a car... I am dehydrated and overheated.. no one has even checked on us and I have been in my car for over an hours... unacceptable..
Been waiting for 1.15 minutes. Well I hope I will change my mind after my appointment. I did not want to go down the hill, but right now, as long as I have been waiting, I may as well have gone the hill. I'll provide an update later.
Everyone is really nice and helpful. Dr. Valdez is the best Eye Dr in the High Desert.

the staff is wonderful. the doctor is so funny. my son loved him. small place but highly recommend.
I think that place is nice.The people there are nice.I go there every 6 months for them to check my eyes seance I have diabetes.
My daughter had her first appointment here this morning, and it was a TERRIBLE experience! The man Jose who was working the front desk treated us terrible like trash for no apparent reason! Never in my life have ever been treated so horribly by a medical facility especially someone who's working a front desk! It was so bad another patient leaving came up to me while I was crying and told me she was sorry, that she saw and heard everything how he spoke to me and treated us and she said she has experience the same treatment fr... read more
Took my grandma for her appointment the doc was ok but some of the staff was rude they dont have big selection in frames to choose from the guy in optical was hell of rude and super pushy and has a look like if he is forced to be there he is no help at all recommend people to look else where
Julia Valdez is a fabulous doctor. Everything she told me about my cataracts surg was spot on ! I can't wait to get my other eye done. The staff was very friendly and helpful ...:)
