Huge thanks to Douglas! I had a leaking tub faucet that was draining my hot water overnight and causing a lot of stress. After speaking with other plumbers who said the repair would require tearing out tile and quoted very high prices, I felt stuck. Douglas came out, quickly diagnosed the plumbing issue, and explained the repair in simple terms.
