I called about loud banging in my plumbing lines near the boiler. A new boiler had been installed by another plumber, but the piping was set up wrong and the lines were not angled the right way. Douglas came out to inspect everything, clearly explained the issue, and let me know what needed to be fixed. Such an honest and fair plumbing company. Douglas came out right away, checked the water around our meter area, and took the time to figure out that the problem was actually with the sprinkler line and not the main plumbing system. Instead of charging us for the visit or trying to sell us plumbing work we did not need, he clearly explained the issue and recommended calling a sprinkler specialist.
