I had a leak in my water heater tank and called Valdez Brothers Plumbing right away. Douglas came over within the hour after I explained the problem. He quickly stopped the leak and replaced the water heater with a new one. The installation was tricky because of where the old water heater was placed, but Douglas handled it like a pro. outstanding service from start to finish. douglas was very detailed, friendly, and the prices were very reasonable. he explained the plumbing problems in a way that made sense and offered helpful advice about getting rid of tree roots and setting up an easy access cleanout cap, which he’ll come back to install soon. he was able to arrive sooner than we thought, which was great because our pipes hadn’t been cleaned in a long time and needed extra work since everything was so packed in. really happy with the results and we’ll ... read more

Douglas quickly figured out what was wrong, which meant taking out a wood board in my closet to reach a pipe. He explained everything to me in a way I could understand and fixed the problem without any mess. The repair looked great, and the price was very fair.
