To date, I’ve had a positive experience renting from this management company. Sammy has always been very helpful and professional, and they have always fixed any issues that arise.
I can't speak highly enough of Samantha; she has been so communicative and helpful in my housing search (not an easy thing in Santa Fe) and truly gone above and beyond every step of the way.
We rented a storage unit from them (Poco Storage) back in October of 2024, within a few weeks I got a call from them that my storage unit was broken into (1st time for that to happen in my 15 years living in Santa Fe) a real bummer. I lost a $500 subwoofer car speaker as well as a shovel. Be wary of renting a Storage unit here they are not very well secured. Never again......
