Valdez was a decent landlord. They kept appliances running and mostly didn't bother us. They are not tremendously service oriented, though. They told me a that a hole in the wall that bees used to enter the apartment was "a tenant responsibility" and withheld $97 from the security deposit to clean "ceiling fans and oven hood." (I do not think by law the deposit covers these things, but don't want to fight over it).
Lol. Reading these owner responses is hilarious. Are you an entire family full of incompetent hot headed toddlers? Say hi to your chubby son Curtis for me, I’m the reason Google will no longer allow him to post his little plumbing company you gave him as a business location after taking screenshots of him threatening customers and reviewers and submitting it to their legal team. On a whole the experience with Valdez and Associates was mediocre at best. the 2.5-3 star review would have been warranted if we wouldn't have had to deal with Becky West. She was a horrible. Can't trust her as far as you can throw her, it is a miracle she still has her real-estate license. Also it is disgusting that they have their land lords and employees come to their aid to cover up how bad this company is. Update 8/14/23 In response to your response.
