I cannot sing the praises of Valdez Air Conditioning enough! I had a small emergency with some leaking water and not only did the team show up promptly to address it, they fixed it and were able to give me excellent advice on how to avoid it happening again. The team is so diligent and do such a great job, they are absolutely the only business I would call to fix my AC unit.
We had a leak through our intake vent which woke us up! We turned off our AC and called Valdez air. Within 30 minutes they were at our house, reviewed the concern, serviced our AC, all while educating us on the AC components and normal maintenance. I really appreciated the extra time spent teaching us about these units and also the small talk which made the whole experience feel more human. Will definitely call again with any AC needs!
