Our air conditioning went down right before the 108-degree weather that is about to hit Palm Springs. They dropped everything they had going on and came to get it back up and running. It took them most of the day as they had to find a part to replace and attend to some other client obligations, but they got it up and running by late afternoon. We appreciate all the work they did so we didn't have to cook at night and for the next few days!
Valdez AC is top notch. They are friendly, fair, highly skilled and knew the problem right away. They immediately fixed an ongoing issue that many other techs from numerous other companies bandaided only to surface again after they left and would come up with more issues and more time and money. The repair was a simple repair but one only a seasons AC repairman would be aware of. Mini split call repair can be challenging I have owned many over the years. Finding a good repairman is important and valuable. Thank you so much!

If you are looking for an HVAC company with absolute integrity in Palm Springs, look no further. We called them out expecting to pay $45,000 for a full central AC installation because our mini-splits weren’t working.
