Quick response and diagnosis! Communication was great, and the team was very professional!
From start to finish, JD kept us informed and followed through on everything, right on schedule. He replaced the AC unit at our home with care, and the service felt personal at every step. I'd highly recommend him to anyone who needs HVAC work done!
I had an AC issue in early September and JD was able to diagnose the issue the same day, and repair the blower motor the very next day. On Labor Day weekend! He was transparent and the pricing was very fair. He was extremely communicative and fast. AC was back working again in less than 24 hours. I'd highly recommend this company.
Amazing. The prior reviews about honesty is right on. He was on time and fixed my a/c unit. If you want someone you can trust call this company.
JD was top notch!!! Fixed the AC as the motor went out and stayed to make sure it was running good and no water leaking. 100% recommend Valdez Air conditioning and heat to anyone!!
