I have tried calling for two weeks. No one returns my calls. My daughter saw the psychiatrist on 05/10/2023. She was going to send in 4 prescriptions to be filled. I only received 3, she is missing one prescription. I have tried for 2 weeks to get someone to send in this prescription, NO ONE calls me back. The phones are never answered. Beware of this unprofessional group. They let your medication expire and won't refill it. I have called 4 times today only to get a message to leave a message and someone will call back. They never call back this is unacceptable for a mental health group. Don't waste your time with them!
Mi experiencia al principio con la doctora leon era muy buena lamentablemente dejo de trabajar en este centro, luego me trate con la “ doctora” Diana que es una persona con poca o ninguna empatía con sus pacientes, a ella no la recomiendo ni que sea de gratis la consulta .
Mi experiencia en este centro con una doctora llamada diana fue horrible, llegó casi 30 minutos tarde a la cita no perdió disculpas y se centra más en recetarte que interesarse por el problema que causa tu salud mental. Para mi a ella le doy una estrella y siento que es mucho.
