It was developed from its proximity to International Harvester Company in Springfield, Ohio. It began as a supplier of special equipment, rework and low run productions. Vanco, recently picked up a couple contracts for making back plates for our company in Urbana. Their work is top knotch quality. Everything is made to print and there work is beautiful.
They single out all the black people there my friend sand blasted his hand open and they make him go back into the sand blast room still without proper training more sensitive towards they white guys then the only 3 black guys that work here
