Stephanie Suarez is a dishonest person. She was very rude and unprofessional to a friend of mine who rented from this sham of a company. Case and point, the owner had things stored in a shed in the backyard of the home my friend rented. Upon the move-out walkthrough my friend asked several times if there were any concerns. She flat out said "I don't have to say anything." Stéphanie Suarez is absolutely amazing!! She was very helpful and understanding. She answered any questions and concerns we had without any hesitation. We had an issue with the waste management not picking up our trash for 2 weeks and she was kind enough to help us out with a trash pick up from one of their vendors. Definitely recommend anyone looking to rent to check out Valco Homes!

I have been a tenant with Valco Homes for six (6) months now. The application and renting process was seamless and streamlined. The maintenance requests I have put in so far were addressed in what I felt was a fair, timely manner.

I rented a home from them for a year. The price was great. The home was big and spacious if dated. The service for most repairs was punctual and thorough but a few times it took over a month to get issues corrected. They were a little excessive in their deductions from our security deposit for small repairs when we moved out but overall a good experience.
