The property manager has been unresponsive and negligent after a retaining wall behind my home partially collapsed. Loose cinder blocks continue to fall out, creating a safety hazard, and the gap in the wall has led to repeated dog fights between properties. Despite multiple attempts to contact them, there has been no timely response or effort to repair the damage. This lack of accountability affects neighboring homes and poses real risks. Highly disappointing service.

Stephanie Suarez is a dishonest person. She was very rude and unprofessional to a friend of mine who rented from this sham of a company. Case and point, the owner had things stored in a shed in the backyard of the home my friend rented. Upon the move-out walkthrough my friend asked several times if there were any concerns. She flat out said "I don't have to say anything." Fast forward, my friend gets the deposit deposition letter charging over $300 for the things the owner had stored in the shed among other false charges. My... read more
Stéphanie Suarez is absolutely amazing!! She was very helpful and understanding. She answered any questions and concerns we had without any hesitation. We had an issue with the waste management not picking up our trash for 2 weeks and she was kind enough to help us out with a trash pick up from one of their vendors. Definitely recommend anyone looking to rent to check out Valco Homes!
