Tyler Free is hands down the worst appraiser I've ever worked with. He did zero homework into the geographical area, nor did he look at any of the comps that were sent to him. We disputed it and he then even admitted that he was wrong but he refused to change the appraisal. Upon further digging, it turns out that quite a few other people in the real estate world have had bad experiences with him.
