The new manager Alysha is very helpful and thorough. She has taken our concerns seriously and is a very nice lady. I’m very glad we finally have someone on site who cares. The maintenance guy Gary breaks laws here and has illegally entered people’s apartments here with nothing being done. What he’s doing is illegal and needs to be taken seriously. He’s still allowed on the property and is still employed here after committing all these illegal actions. Beware of that guy.
Allison has been beyond wonderful to work with during the moving process! She has been so professional and helpful. The townhomes themselves are lovely, in a beautiful setting in Rogue River.
Apartments are decent but the manager is HORRIBLE. If you like to be constantly harassed or ever wondered what it would be like to live in a communist country. ... put in your application.
I would leave ZERO stars if that was an option. My little family was desperate for housing and we came up on the wait list. We signed a letter of acceptance and then they refused any further contact. We called daily until the rude, unintelligent receptionist basically told us to stop bothering her and she would get to it when she got to it. The corporate office was a joke and wouldn’t return any calls or emails. Extremely unprofessional and uncaring employees all around, especially to be working in low income housing.
