I had my eye doctor suggest that I needed laser surgery on my eyes. They sent all of my information to Doctor Zudan's office to schedule my appointment. I received confirmation from their office on when my appointment was scheduled. Initial consultation for floater removal I was told that my floater issue could be resolved through laser surgery. First time, unsuccessful. Second time, also unsuccessful. The first surgery cost me $300 out of pocket and, although he didn’t charge me for the second surgery, he told me that I couldn’t apply the $300 towards the retinal surgery that was now determined that I needed even though the doctor who provides the surgery is with their group practice.
