Do NOT trust Valward Cadillac. I bought a 2025 Cadillac Lyriq and it’s been a nightmare since day one. The car has now been in service multiple times, currently sitting at the dealer AGAIN for an OnStar module failure — no ETA, unsafe to drive. Before this, it was there for a strut issue. **** sold my son a 2021 CT5 less than a year ago. He got home it was minus 1 car mat, we called numerous times to see if we could get the mat, finally salesman said he would get my son the mat plus another key fob, called back additional times salesman, **** blew me off. Went in to buy one car and was "coerced" into buying a much more expensive car. Needed to buy a car because my lease was up on a different vehicle. Went in looking at a gas model XT4, ended up leaving with an electric Lyric. Dealership claimed it would cost more per month for the $45,000 gas powered car as apposed to the $65,000 electric vehicle. This whole ordeal has been a complete headache, although I love my TRX! It has been nothing but lies, and constant running around! I told Bravo Cadillac that my vehicle was having warranty work done. They acted like they couldn't wait, and I cancelled the warranty work! Shamaley Collision informed Bravo that they would be responsible for the reassembly of the Yukon. I bought a car from that location Sullivan Cadillac of Ocala. It was a 2025 used. CT5 with only ****** miles on it.
