Do NOT trust Valward Cadillac. I bought a 2025 Cadillac Lyriq and it’s been a nightmare since day one. The car has now been in service multiple times, currently sitting at the dealer AGAIN for an OnStar module failure — no ETA, unsafe to drive. Before this, it was there for a strut issue. I was told only 1 of 17 parts had arrived, no one had any idea when the rest would come. Then magically, the very next day, they claimed all parts arrived and the car was “fixed.” Really? If you are in accident and your car gets towed to Val Ward Towing located at Val Ward Cadillac on Tamiami Trail be warned. They mailed me a lien through certified mail on my car on June 10, FIVE days after my car had been towed away by my insurance company to Punta Gorda; my insurance company had been required to pay the fees before even ouching the car. The lien was for $578.12 plus an accumulation rate of $37.28 each day. When I called the company, already fit to be tied, the person who answered was horrible and challenged... read more
