Well I am a local business and are part of the HOA that has access to the Val Vista Lakes country club. Our team scheduled an event there last year and it was cancelled by them because the HVAC went out. We paid $178 which is nominal but there is not even a credit on the account because they noted that they are not responsible for unforeseen mechanical issues there for there would be no credit issued. Ladies at the front run this place like the marines. I live in val vista lakes and still couldn’t even get in, lol
The outside is beautiful!! But, we were in a party and the venue space was so small and the AC was not on!!! we were setting in the heat the whole 4 hours it was the most miserable time!!
Val Vista Lakes Clubhouse is a nice clubhouse with some great amenities. The only problem I had was me & my fiancé recently started renting here and are in the process of doing some work to our house and wanted to use the amenities we essentially pay for, via paying HOA and such. My fiancé and her friend went and tried to go to the pool and were denied access and the lady at the front desk was just flat rude to them which is unacceptable because first of all she wouldn’t even help my fiancé figure out what she needed to do t... read more
