Been here 2 1/2 hours now and my fiancé is STILL waiting to see Dr. Mendoza. It’s ALWAYS at least 3-4 hours for every visit. This place either needs to hire more doctors or make the ones they have keep their appointment times within a reasonable amount of time. Worst place I’ve ever seen! Also dirty inside the waiting cubicles!

This place is a scam. I had a test set up so my doctor in San Antonio can look at them but they said it didn’t work. That’s just one reasons I’m giving this a one star. Their billing department needs to improve as it’s the worst I’ve ever seen. I got a bill for a visit that happened which made sense didn’t think much of it, TILL I GOT BILLED AGAIN AFTER 6 MONTHS OF THE VISIT FOR $800 AND THEY SAID IT WAS AN OVERDUE?! Family physician sent lab orders to Val Verde Regional 3 times but hospital claims they never received them. Could never receive confirmation from hospital over the phone. Had to physically drive to hospital each time to see if they had the lab orders. Once we were able to actually have blood drawn, the hospital never sent the results to our family physician. It took our doctor’s office 30 minutes on the phone to get labs sent to them.
