I lived here for 2 years and never had any problems until recently. The management is dismissive, even when it comes to essential living conditions. I recently went nearly a week without hot water, and instead of addressing the issue with urgency or offering fair compensation, they gave a condescending response and a laughable $50 concession—as if that makes up for not having basic utilities. If I could leave 0 stars I would. The management is horrible as previous reviews have stated. Horrible communication and lying. DO NOT RENT FROM HERE, you will regret it.
Terrible management! Terrible overall company. Stay away!! The management won't answer calls or text and is very rude about everything. Takes forever to get anything fixed. Overpriced for what you have to deal with. Just AVOID at all cost! I'd give zero or negative rating if I could.
The worst manager I've ever dealt with in my life! When I moved in I told them what time and day I was coming in to pick up the keys and they still weren't ready. The apartment was DIRTY when I moved in! Management isn't very good about getting back to you. They take their sweet time.
