move out process has been horrible and money consuming. to start, they told us they’d give us a 2 months notice upon our lease being up… only for them to get us mixed up with another tenant. we have to pay rent for an additional month now, which makes zero sense. we had a leak in the bathroom tub for the entire year we were there, tried to get it fixed twice and nothing ever came of it. we had mold in that bathroom and they didn’t seem to care whatsoever. the washer and dryer were “new” yet were dirty upon move in. I have loved it at flatwater! The maintenance team is always quick to getting things fixed/looked at. I’ve never had an issue with the neighbors. And Bridget always helps with any questions or concerns I may have, she makes sure her residents are taken care of!
Good place very friendly
I lived at Flatwater for a little over a year and it was such a mediocre experience. While it is a nice layout of an apartment and good space…… everything else sucked. To start, when we moved in the apartment was SO. DIRTY. It was as if they didn’t even do a once over to clean it or anything. There was new carpet installed but that was it.
