I moved in September 2021 and so far nothing but good experiences here.When I have an issue they get it fixed with the week.Although there was a time where my air conditioning broke and it took 2 weeks to fix it but that was only because they had to order a special part.I love it here and it’s pretty much quiet here.It really feels like home here.Brigitte always answers my questions and concerns if I have any. I really haven’t had any bad experiences here. I just renewed my lease for another year.
If I could leave 0 stars I would. The management is horrible as previous reviews have stated. Horrible communication and lying. DO NOT RENT FROM HERE, you will regret it. The company, most likely Brigette herself, has recently replied to my review. Do not trust anything that comes from this property or LUND whatsoever. They do not care about you, the community or their properties. Strictly a money hungry corporate business.
