But it broke again and I need to know when I can expect it to be fixed again.
The maintenance and management staff is the best.I've ever seen, and I have lived at several different properties in the same area. They are extremely attentive to the tenant's needs and very quick to respond. Paying the rent is a breeze and for the price.The apartments are extremely nice. I honestly can't think of anything bad off the top of my head.
I rent a garage for storage, so my interaction with Management and maintenance is very minimal. Anytime there has been an issue, management has been responsive and helpful. The payment ledger on the online portal gives no details for additional payments that are required. An extra line with a balance amount is all the info given. I made a payment and noticed there were additional charges, but there's no information as to what this extra payment is for.
