Why isn't there a 6th star. Moving here has been an AMAZING experience. Management is ON POINT!! If we had a concern or maintenance need they have been addressed with urgency. Thank you so VERY much. Best decision we have made to move here. AGAIN THANK YOU Randy Terry
I’ve lived here for three years, and I really love how small and tucked away it is next to a quiet neighborhood. Maintenance, especially with the new team member, has been fantastic—super quick responses—and I really appreciate being able to easily reach management. One thing to note is that all parking is a bit limited, but especially for visitors.

move out process has been horrible and money consuming. to start, they told us they’d give us a 2 months notice upon our lease being up… only for them to get us mixed up with another tenant. we have to pay rent for an additional month now, which makes zero sense. we had a leak in the bathroom tub for the entire year we were there, tried to get it fixed twice and nothing ever came of it. we had mold in that bathroom and they didn’t seem to care whatsoever. the washer and dryer were “new” yet were dirty upon move in.
