RecommendedWe just introduced a 4th loved pet to Val Verde. I can’t imagine going any where else the staff is wonderful and genuinely treat our loved ones like their own.
Dr. Hord has been treating my family’s animals since before I was born. I’m 31 now and have a dog daughter of my own 😉😊. I never even considered taking her to anyone other than Dr. Hord because I knew she would receive the safest, most capable, compassionate care from him at Val Verde. He is the best in the business and so is his staff. Please never retire! Lol
I think Dr Hord is the most amazing vet. He sees hundreds of animals and treats them all like their own. He is amazing with difficult customers (ME). Thank you Dr. Hord for everything you do in the community for the pets and for what you do for the owners when they are freaked out (ME). Lauren did an excellent job of cleaning my teeth and checking gum health. There was little pain or discomfort. Dr. Sexton was pleasant and thorough checking my teeth. The overall experience was favorable. I look forward to my next visit.

This is the only place we'll take our pets! Our dog Smoke is a bundle of nerves in new places, and the staff at Val Verde take the time to make sure he's comfortable every time we bring him in. Dr. Hord is the best, he's done such amazing work with not only our dog, but every animal he sees. You will not find a better group of people to trust your pets with! Absolutely love them! <3
